Thank you for your interest in volunteering for ABA Marketplace 2017!

In January, Cleveland will be welcoming more than 3,500 tour operators, suppliers, and exhibitors from the travel and tourism community to our city! ABA Marketplace is truly a market-place - an active, vibrant forum of buyers and sellers where business gets done, along with a lot of fun!

In order to ensure the success of this event, volunteers are vital! Below are the different activities that volunteers will be able to pick from:

Airport Ambassadors Convention Center Wayfinders Evening Event Assistants
Hotel Welcome and Concierge Registration Bag Stuffing Sightseeing Tour Ambassadors

Volunteer Trainings -
We will have two opportunities for volunteers to attend an ABA Volunteer Training for the event. Though the are not mandatory, they are highly encouraged to make sure you are more familiar with your role and can have all of your potential questions answered. The training information is below, with both being at Powerhouse - the Nautica Entertainment Complex, on Wednesday, January 4, 2017:

  • Morning Session - Wednesday, January 4th –
    •   10am-11:30am (check-in starting at 9:30am)
       
  • Evening Session - Wednesday, January 4th –
    • ​  6pm-7:30pm (check-in starting at 5:30pm)
